I don’t want to make a habit of posting someone else’s writing on my blog, but this article by a colleague, a retirement coach in the US, caught my interest. So many seem to fear retirement because they see it as the start of the slippery slope to frailty and loss of independence. But if, as implied in this article, frailty is preventable, it is more a state of mind than a disease, then surely we have no need to fear it.
