What can you expect of your Coach?

As your coach –

  • I will not find the solutions for you, nor will I do the work for you.
  • I will guide you, support you and give you exercises that will structure your own personal development.
  • I will make you think about things you may have taken for granted, and help you gain new insights into your life.
  • I will be available to you and only you for the allotted sessions and be contactable on email in between

 

What will your Coach expect of you?

  • To commit to the full program
  • To commit to turning up for sessions
  • To contract with yourself to make the changes you decide upon
  • To commit to doing the exercises with full attention, as they are designed to give you insight into your own behaviour and attitudes.
